A Note From Ben Mandrell, President of Lifeway

Dear Retirees,

I’m sure many of you have already heard great things about the recent One Lifeway gathering last week. We had an incredible time of worship, fellowship, ministry area reports, and vision casting.

One of the team’s favorite moments was our time with Dr. Jimmy Draper. He had such great words of wisdom and encouragement for all of us. I thought you’d enjoy hearing what he had to say. When you have some time (it’s about an hour), I encourage you to watch this video of my conversation with him:

One thing Dr. Draper said that will stick with me: “God calls us into a relationship with Him before He calls us to a task. He’s more concerned with who you are than what you do.” That is a wonderful reminder for all of us!
